When cold water enters in the body our body automatically works towards warming it in order to digest the water. This habit can lead to serious health hazards eventually.

Brain hamraz, heart attacks are common to cold lovers. The first problem which comes with drinking cold water is constipation. Don’t drink fridge water, ice water, icecream.

Does Water Container matter at all?

Yes, it does matter. Glass is not from Bharat background. Lota is used in Bharat since ages, there is scientific backing of lota. Lota is round shaped with fewer bottoms which is the source of goodness. Due to small bottom the surface tension of lota is very less. Less surface tension food and water is suitable for body according to scientists and Maharshi. Drinking water the right way as per ayurveda? Now you know the answer!

NOTE: Rain water is round in nature, least surface tension. Cold water has highest and warm water has least surface tension.
