There are 3 doshas in human body. Imbalance of these three causes diseases.
Vata dosha, Pitta dosha, Kapha dosha.
We consume oil everyday. Oil is essentil part
of Bhartiya foods. We make halwa, paratha, currys, dosa to fresh vegetable
soups, all with oil or ghee. Oil consumption is high in Bhartiya people. A
person who has consumed these kind of dishes from his childhood can’t deny the
cravings and deliciousness to take care of his health. Yet, its only better to find
out the best cooking oil as per ayurveda.
The real question is?
Are you consuming the right oil? Are refined

1. Cold pressed coconut oil
LAW 1 –
For controling vata dosha, eat natural oils.
Refined, Double refined, Tripple refined is poison. The oil refined process is
designed in a way that all the slickness is removed. Double refinding and tripple
refinding removes the slickness again and again making the oil water, even dead
water.
Never use refined oils, no matter it is of
which brand. The best cooking oils as per ayurveda is not one, yet all the
natural oils in cold pressed foam, which is also know as “kachi ghani tel”
LAW 2 –
There are two type of slickness in oil. One
is good and the other is bad. Good slickness is the one having HDL. HDL is
great for the body. Intake of HDL cholesterol removes the bad cholesterol from
the body throught liver reducing the risk of heart diseases.
Bad cholesterol is one having LDL & VLDL,
these are deadly.
All the natural oils like – coconut oil,
mustured oil, til/sesame oil is great for cooking. They contain HDL
cholesterol.
NOTE: Never eat soyabean oil and sunflower
oil, even vegetable oil is worst. They are full of LDL & VLDL.

LAW 3 –
Oil is the killer of vata dosha. Vata dosha
is all the body pains and a problem below navel is considered as vata dosha. As
you know, oil is a lubricant which lubricates the body and nerves. Nowadays,
doctors have strong opinion to stop consumption of oils. Don’t worry, not every
opinion needs to be entertained even if its from a trusted authority. You
already know what kind of oils is the best cooking oils as per ayurveda.
Total 80 diseases come with vata dosha

LAW 4 –
The stickiness in oil is its quality. If any
process removes the stickiness in oil then the most important nutrient is lost.
The smell in oil is its organic quality.
There are five types of protein found in oil which vanishes when the smell in
oil removes.
LAW 5 –
The only thing that matters is consumption of
“shudh ghani tel”. Search for yourself, you will find them easily.
LAW 6 –
When you will search on internet about these
oils then you may see their nutritional content as fats. There is nothing wrong
in it. All the cholesterol from fat is HDL which is good and necessary.
LAW 7 –
Cow ghee is golden nectar. No oil can match
cow ghee. Make sure you eat ghee of that cow which is happy and due care is
taken of her. She can roam freely and happily. Her ofsprings are taken care of
either then catching or tie them down. This is rare today. Violence is at peak
on animals.
Emotional state of cow matters a lot. If you
can’t find one then eat oils. Go for sarso tel, til tel, nariyal tel..just consider
that the best cooking oil as per ayurveda is the cold pressed oils. Choose one from
– coconut, sesame, mustard and use in your cooking for better health!
