HERE IS THE AYURVEDIC TEA.

RECIPE 5: AYURVEDIC TEA

Tea is bad? But why. Tea is bad because of sugar. Tea is bad because of tannin and caffine.

Both tannin and caffine is not required by people who lives in warm region. Bharat is warm country. If you live in area with warm air then this tannin and caffine is not for you.

Sugar?

I am talking about refined sugar which is acidic in nature. Several diseases will pop in your body if you eat this. Throw it out and choose healthy options without compromising on taste.

Jaggery, misri powder, desi khand are healthiest options, moreover they are alkaline in nature which is great.

PREPARATION:

1st Container:

Take less than a cup water (more than half cup) + a bit ginger + arjun bark ½ teaspoon + souf and cardamom + ½ tablespoon of chai patti (I use tata tea).

Put it on flame and warm it till bubbles in water develops. When you see few bubbles, turn off the flame and cover the container for 2-3 minutes.

2nd Container:

In these 2-3 minutes take another container and take 1/3 cup of milk. Add desi khand or mishri powder in it like you used sugar.

Don’t use jaggery powder in this recipe as boiling jaggery with milk causes milk to break.

Boil the milk.

Now strain the 1st container in a cup and mix 2nd container’s milk in it.

Your healthy tea is ready.

WHOM/WHY TO DRINK?

This is the ultimate substitute to regular tea. No compromise on taste. I personally drink this tea regularly. Least tannin and caffine in it.

Anyone can drink it. Plus use of good herbs makes it healthier.
